Welcome to South OC Luxe Party Rentals! By using our website, booking services, or communicating with our team, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Services Provided We provide party rental equipment and event coordination services, including but not limited to tables, chairs, arches, photo booths, and decorations.

2. Booking & Cancellations A 50% deposit is required when booking. This deposit is refundable if canceled within 5 days of booking. Cancellations after that are non-refundable. Full balance is due 14 days before the event.

3. Delivery & Pickup We deliver within [Insert Delivery Area] and offer setup and breakdown services. Delivery windows will be confirmed by SMS or email. The customer must be present during delivery or provide authorized access.

4. Customer Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for lost or damaged rental items. All rentals must be returned in clean, usable conditions unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. SMS Terms of Service By opting into SMS communication from South OC Luxe Party Rentals, you agree to receive text messages about:

  • Appointment scheduling and reminders

  • Rental confirmations and updates

  • Delivery notices and time windows

  • Customer service responses

6. Limitation of Liability South OC Luxe Party Rentals is not liable for any damage, delays, or losses beyond our control, including acts of nature, traffic delays, or last-minute customer changes.

7. Modifications to Terms We reserve the right to update or modify these terms anytime. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

Your mobile service provider will charge standard messaging rates.
