Terms of Condition

1. RENTAL PERIOD
- Minimum rental period is 24 hours
- Rental period begins at delivery and ends at pickup
- Late return fees: $50/day per item

2. DELIVERY AND PICKUP
- Customer must be present or designate a responsible party for delivery/pickup
- Access to the delivery location must be provided
- Additional charges apply for difficult access or special requirements
- Weather delays may affect the delivery/pickup schedule

3. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer accepts full responsibility for all rented items
- Customer must protect equipment from damage, theft, and weather
- Equipment may not be moved from the delivery location without permission
- Customer is responsible for the actions of guests, vendors, and venue staff

4. DAMAGE AND LOSS POLICY
- Normal wear and tear is expected and included
- Customer is liable for damage beyond everyday use
- Damage costs deducted from deposit; additional charges may apply
- Lost or stolen items are charged at full replacement cost
- Customer must report theft/loss immediately

5. CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellations more than 7 days before the event: Full refund minus 20% processing fee
- Cancellations 7 days before the event: 50% refund
- Cancellations less than 7 days before the event: No refund
- Weather-related cancellations are evaluated on a case-by-case basis

6. LIABILITY AND INSURANCE
- Customer assumes all risk for rented equipment
- Customer is liable for injury or property damage related to rental items
- Customer encouraged to verify insurance coverage
- OC Luxe Party Rentals is not liable for consequential damages

7. FORCE MAJEURE
- Neither party is liable for delays due to circumstances beyond its control
- Includes weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
- Disputes resolved through binding arbitration in Orange County, CA
- California law governs this agreement
