Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Please review the following cancellation timeline to determine eligibility for refunds:
- 72+ Hours' Notice: Full refund minus processing fees
- Less Than 72 Hours' Notice: Refund minus a 30% restocking fee
- Less Than 24 Hours' Notice: No refund due to preparation and setup costs; however, we may offer a discount toward rescheduling
Weather-Related Policy
Our displays can withstand moderate wind and rain, but we prioritize safety.
Inclement weather includes:

- Heavy snow or ice

- Hurricanes or tropical storms

Winds exceeding 30 mph

Any Acts of God that may cause harm or damage
Weather cancellations are non-refundable, but rescheduling will be offered at no additional charge, based on availability.
