Service and Delivery Fees
Yes! We offer professional setup and breakdown services starting at $50 per event, depending on location and event size. This service includes:
SETUP SERVICES:
• Complete furniture arrangement according to your layout
• Professional placement of tables, chairs, and linens
• Tent installation and securing (weather permitting)
• Basic lighting setup and testing
BREAKDOWN SERVICES:
• Complete removal of all rental equipment
• Cleaning and packing of items
• Site cleanup of rental area
SELF-SETUP OPTION:
• Equipment delivered clean and ready to use
• Basic setup instructions provided
• Customer responsible for arrangement and breakdown
• Pickup scheduled at end of rental period
DELIVERY DETAILS:
• Professional delivery team
• Equipment arrives clean and inspected
• 24-hour rental minimum (setup to pickup)
• Flexible scheduling to accommodate your event timeline
The setup fee does not cover delivery fees but does cover both setup and post-event breakdown, making it convenient and cost-effective for busy hosts.
We accept all primary payment methods for your convenience. The full payment is required at the time of booking.
Standard rentals are for 24 hours. Extended rentals may be available upon request for an additional fee.

Absolutely! All equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between each rental to ensure the highest standard of hygiene and safety standards & Cancellations

Normal wear and tear is expected and included in your rental fee. However, damages beyond normal wear and tear will be assessed according to our damage policy, and repair/replacement costs will be charged to the card on file. *See the damage and loss policy
We require a damage deposit equal to half the total rental cost. This deposit is fully refundable upon the return of the equipment in good condition.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for popular dates like weekends and holidays. However, we accept same-day bookings when inventory is available (subject to same-day fees).
