What does the rental Include?

Your rental includes a custom yard card message, themed graphics, delivery, setup,
and takedown. We’ll take care of everything—you just enjoy the celebration!

How long is the rental period?

Standard rentals are for 24 hours. Extended rentals may be available upon request
for an additional fee.

What time will the display be set up?

Most displays are set up the evening before or early morning of the event. We’ll
confirm your setup window ahead of time.

Can I choose my own message or colors?

Yes! You can choose from a list of phrases or create your own. We’ll also do our best
to match your preferred colors and themes, depending on availability.

What if it rains or there's bad weather?

Our yard cards are weather-resistant and will hold up in light rain or wind. In
extreme conditions, we may need to reschedule or modify the setup for safety.

Do I need to prepare anything for setup?

Please make sure the lawn is mowed and clear of obstacles or pet waste. Also, turn
off sprinkler systems for the duration of the rental to prevent damage to the signs.

Can we take pictures of the display?

Absolutely! We encourage you to take as many photos as you’d like. Don’t forget to
tag us on social media!

Do you do surprise setups?

Yes! Just let us know in advance, and we’ll coordinate the timing to keep the display
a fun surprise.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Less than
72 hours may be subject to a fee. Please see our full cancellation policy for details.

Where do you deliver?

We serve most of South Orange County, including Mission Viejo, Laguna Niguel,
Aliso Viejo, Lake Forest, and surrounding areas. A delivery fee may apply depending
on distance.

What add-ons are available?

• Additional Letter Sets (+$35): Extra phrases beyond the basic greeting (like a second
name, "Sweet 16", "Class of 2025", or fun sayings)
• Mixed Letter Colors (+$20): Combining different colored letters in the same message for
visual impact
• Background Panels (+$40): Large decorative backdrops like Silver Bokeh, Cloud Panels, or
themed borders to fill out the yard card background for a
• 6' Stork (+$ 50): Perfect statement piece for baby announcements and gender reveals
• Extra Themed Props (+$25 each): Cupcakes, emojis, graduation caps, wine glasses, gaming
elements
• Complex Setup Fee (+$15-20): For challenging locations like hills, rocky terrain, or tight
spaces

What letter styles do you offer?

We offer Black, White, Hot Pink, Blue, Red Glitter, Purple Sequin, Silver Glitter, and Gold
Glitter letter sets. You can choose any style at no extra charge, or mix different colors for a
small upcharge.

What are additional letter sets, and when do I need them?

Additional letter sets (+$35) allow you to add extra phrases or sayings beyond the basic
birthday greeting and name. For example, if your base package says "Happy 14th Birthday
Sarah", you could add phrases like "Sweet 16", "Class of 2025", "Party Time", or "Finally
Legal!". The basic name and age are included in your base package. This add-on is for fun
and extra messaging, making your display more personalized and memorable.

What does "mixed letter colors" mean?

Mixed letter colors (+$20) means combining different colored letter sets in the same
message for extra visual impact. Instead of all letters being the same color, you might have
"HAPPY" in gold glitter, "BIRTHDAY" in hot pink, and "SARAH" in purple sequin for a more
dynamic, eye-catching display.

What themes do you have available?

We have over 30 different themes, including:
• Birthday themes: Barbie, Paw Patrol, Hot Wheels, Bluey, Construction, Pirate, Disney
Princess themes, Cowboy, and more
• Special occasions: Graduation, Baby announcements, Anniversary, Retirement
• Seasonal: Valentine's Day, 4th of July, Christmas, Summer themes
• Trending: TikTok themes, gaming themes, and more

Can I see examples of your work?

Do you offer package deals?

While each rental is customized to your needs, popular combinations include our themed
packages that bundle displays with background panels and extra letters for maximum
impact and better value.

What if something gets damaged during the rental?

Our equipment is designed to be weather-resistant and durable. However, if damage occurs
due to extreme weather or circumstances beyond normal use, we'll assess each case
individually.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least one week in advance, especially for popular themes and
weekend dates. However, we'll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when
possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all primary payment methods for your convenience. The full payment is required
at the time of booking.
