Rescheduling Policy

- Weather-Related: Free reschedule (subject to availability)

- Last-Minute (under 24 hours): No refund, but discount offered toward reschedule

- Multiple Reschedules: May incur additional fees

General Terms

- All changes must be submitted via email or text message

- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

- All refunds are subject to processing fees

- Damage deposits (if applicable) are refunded separately within seven business days, assuming no damage occurs

Order Accuracy & Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for verifying:

  • - Correct spelling, dates, and address

  • Any special instructions before order confirmation

We will provide a preview of the confirmation if possible. Any changes requested afterward may result in additional charges.
