Cancellation, Refund, and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Please review the following cancellation timeline to
determine eligibility for refunds:
- 72+ Hours' Notice: Full refund minus processing fees
- Less Than 72 Hours' Notice: Refund minus a 30% restocking fee
- Less Than 24 Hours' Notice: No refund due to preparation and setup costs; however, we
may offer a discount toward rescheduling
Weather-Related Policy
Our displays can withstand moderate wind and rain, but we prioritize safety.
Inclement weather includes:

Thunderstorms or lightning

Heavy snow or ice
-
Hurricanes or tropical storms
-
Winds exceeding 30 mph
-
Heavy rainfall
-
Any Acts of God that may cause harm or damage
Weather cancellations are non-refundable, but rescheduling will be offered at no additional
charge, based on availability.
No Refund Conditions
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

Incorrect address provided by client

Homeowner requests removal of display after setup

Gated community access is denied

Animals prevent display installation
-
Unsafe or inaccessible conditions not disclosed in advance

Customer error on spelling/message details

Technical errors during website booking
Rescheduling Policy
- Weather-Related: Free reschedule (subject to availability)
- Last-Minute (under 24 hours): No refund, but discount offered toward reschedule
- Multiple Reschedules: May incur additional fees
General Terms
- All changes must be submitted via email or text message
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- All refunds are subject to processing fees
- Damage deposits (if applicable) are refunded separately within seven business days,
assuming no damage occurs
Order Accuracy & Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for verifying:

Correct spelling, dates, and address

Any special instructions before order confirmation
We will provide a preview of the confirmation if possible. Any changes requested afterward
may result in additional charges.
